This program is designed for women 50+ who are interested in building muscular strength & endurance, improving cardiovascular fitness, and enhancing flexibility, agility and balance.
The four week program is $100 ($25 per class) and will include the following:
1 hour group workout each week
Weekly motivational text/email (depending on your preference)
30 minute video for home workouts
Free multipack resistance loops for home workouts
