All you need is LOVE! From the Beaches of Florida to the Mountains of East Tennesee, we will connect in CommUNITY this year.
If you are looking for a safe space & place to connect in Heart with others, please join us the last Wednesday of every other month on zoom at 7:30pm. Michele Mariscal, a fellow certified HeartMath Coach and I will be sharing a HeartMath tool and creating space to practice in CommUnity.
