HeartMath Small Group Coaching Program

The HeartMath Building Personal Resilience program is a focused and practical program, combining personalized coaching or mentoring with scientific validated tools to help you self-regulate your body’s response to stress and building resilience.  You will learn life long skills you can use any time to increase well-being, personal and professional performance and quality of life experience.

Program Details:

  • Classes 4 weeks

  • Dates​-Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm, In person at Yoga Studio in Mountain City

  • Stress & Wellbeing online assessment to be taken prior to the class with a short in person (or online) review with me prior to the start of the group classes

  • Handouts provided weekly throughout the program

  • Weekly Homework - YEAH!

  • Check in's each week with a partner (during class) to share personal experience with tools & techniques

  • Free time to play with emwave technology PRIOR to class time​. We will not be using the technology during class time

  • Follow up email after each session to solidified teaching points, homework and practices for the week

  • $100 for the 4 week program ($25 per class) which includes your ​FREE Stress & Wellbeing assessment and follow up coaching appt. with me prior to program start!
